Booking and rates
How much does trailer rental cost?
Every trailer at Guadalupe River Trailer shows its live daily rate and open dates in the booking calendar on its own page. Multi-day and multi-week discounts apply automatically at booking.
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies depending on the trailer type and is displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
Can I tow the trailer out of state?
Yes, we charge based on rental time, not mileage.

Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! If you are within 50 miles of us, we will gladly bring you your unit.
Where do I pick up my trailer?
Our lot is at 6390 FM-1102, New Braunfels, TX 78132. Every unit also books online with its own calendar if you would rather arrange delivery.
What are your pickup hours?

Can I pick up the same day I book?
Often, yes. Book online or call us and we will confirm the soonest opening for the unit you need.
What you need to rent
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
What is the minimum age to rent a trailer?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
Are tie downs or straps included?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers.
Policies
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
What if I am late returning the trailer?
Late returns may incur an additional fee based on how late the trailer comes back. Reach out as soon as you know you will be late and we will work with you.
Are damages to the trailer covered?
Damage during your rental is the renter's responsibility, covered out of pocket or through your insurance depending on severity.
Are trailers available for commercial use?
Yes, our trailers can be used for commercial projects as well as personal ones.
